OUR STORY
Street stalls, brought indoors — with all the fun intact.
Kin Dee began with one small kitchen on Madison Street and a stack of recipes carried over from home — the kind perfected over a charcoal flame, at a plastic stool, in a night market that stays loud until 2am.
Three kitchens later, the plan hasn't changed: keep the char, keep the heat, keep the welcome. Each location cooks its own menu for its own neighborhood — but it all comes from the same recipe box.
